Re-enrollment for existing students in good standing is completed on-line and begins at 7:00 am Eastern Standard time on a designated Saturday in January.
The re-enrollment application will be posted in the Parent Portal.
A re-enrollment application must be submitted for each returning student.
The re-enrollment period lasts for 9 days including 2 weekends.
Please note the re-enrollment application has changed. If you are an existing parishioner of Saint Kilian Parish, you will need your Parish ID #. You can find your ID number on your church envelope or through the Faith Direct website. (To find your ID # via Faith Direct, log on to the Faith Direct website. Click on My Account in the upper right corner and choose Tax statements. Download one of the statements listed. Open the PDF file that downloads to your computerand look for the Church Assigned ID.)
All other Catholic families will be asked for information regarding their home parish.
A $150 non-refundable registration fee (per child) is required at the time of registration.
The re-enrollment application must be completed along with payment of the registration fee for re-enrollment to be considered complete.
Payment is made online at the time of application submission via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Student Documentation due by August 15th of the new sxchool year:
Physical Examination Form (from Pediatrician) for students entering Kindergarten and 6th Grade.
Dental Examination Form (from Dentist) for students entering Kindergarten, 3rd Grade and 7th Grade
Up to date Immunization Records (from Pediatrician)
NEW+++++ Pastor Verification forms will be completed by the SKPS Admissions Office when applicable.
Upon completion of the re-enrollment form, please note that you will receive an acknowledgement letter indicating that your form has been completed. Assuming all requirements are met by the due date specified, then your student's seat for the next year will be confirmed. Expect a confirmation letter from the SKPS Admissions Office in late March or early April.
New Students and Families
Enrollment for new students is a 2-part process that begins with the completion of the enrollment application.
Please note that when reviewing registration, SKPS prioritizes students in the following order:
Siblings of current students
Registerred, active parishioners of Saint Kilian Parish
Registered, active parishioners of local Catholic parishes without a school
General Community
Age Requirements
Students entering SKPS Preschool Program must be 3 or 4 years of age, respectfully, buy September 1 of the school year and must be fully potty trained.
Those registering for Grades 1 - 8 must fulfill the age requirement for the desired grade.
Grade level and academic group determination are made on the basis of school records.
PHASE 1

Parishioners of Saint Kilian Parish will be asked for their Parish ID #. You can find this number on your church envelope or via the Faith Direct website. (if you do not have a physical envelope, log into Faith Direct, click on My Account in the upper right hand corner, and choose Tax Statements. Download one or more of the statements listed. Open the PDF file once downloaded onto your computer and look for the "Churched Assigned ID".
The non-refundable payment is made online at the time of application via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
After the 9 day application period is complete and all applications are reviewed, families will receive an acknowledgement letter OR a waitlist letter.
An Acknowledgement Letter indicates that Saint Kilian Parish School has received your application and the required registration fee and that a seat is being held for your student. It does not indicate that your child is enrolled.
A Waitlist Letter indicates that the grade level you are interested in has reached capacity, however, if circumstances change, waitlisted families will be contacted in the order in which they registered.
New enrollment applicants who do not receive an acknowledgement will be placed on the waitlist in the order of which their original request was received. There is no fee to waitlist a child, therefore, any paid registration fees will be refunded within 30 days.
PHASE 2 Families receiving an acknowledgement letter, will now begin the next phase of the process by submitting the following documentation within 2 weeks of the asking date.
Completing the second phase of the Application Form (this will be forwarded to families in an email)
Records Release Form (will be sent to parents from the SKPS Admissions office for a signatur)
Copy of official Birth Certificate
Up to date Immunization Records
Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of Communion Certificate or date with Church information (if applicable)
The following records by August 15th of the new school year:

Pastor Verification forms will be completed by Saint Kilian Admissions office when applicable.
Once all the required forms and documentation have been received and reviewed, your child will recieve a confirmed seat for the upcoming school year. You can expect a Confirmation Letter within 8 weeks of beginning the registration process.
