Volunteer Your Time and Talents

There are many opportunities to volunteer your time and talents at Saint Kilian Parish. Please consult the bulletin or call the parish office to find more information on the many ministries and ways you can volunteer or see below for current, volunteer opportunities at Saint Kilian Parish and Saint Kilian Parish School.

Note that we do much of our volunteer scheduling via Volunteer Spot online, simply click through on the link to pick your service and sign up!

  • Scholastic Book Fair
Our students will be visiting the Scholastic Book Fair between Friday March 17 and Wednesday March 22.  The fair will also be available during school hours for parents to visit from March 17-March 24 and during the Fish Fry on March 17th and 24th.  We will be hosting Hero Night on March 22 from 6-8pm.  If you are interested in volunteering to help and have your clearances, please sign up online.  Additionally, we are in need of someone who likes working with numbers to do our daily reconciliation at the book fair.  Email Lesley Stofko for more details.

Questions or to find out more about how you can help?  Contact Book Chairpersons Eva Funderlich and Nichol Greene at books@saintkilian.org.

  • Cafeteria Volunteers: Sign Up for Lunch - March - May
SKPS families are invited to join us as a cafeteria monitor to help with lunch shift(s) of their choosing. Important: Clearances are required to volunteer during lunch. The Diocese is requiring an additional clearance for all parent volunteers this year which must be completed prior to being allowed to volunteer at school or in the lunch room. An email was sent with details in regards this summer. Please contact Jo Scheller with questions regarding clearances or for additional information.
